The exercise method and its relation to the scientific laws will be thoroughly discussed with each potential client. We value and seek each client’s active, knowledgeable participation in our exercise program.
We provide a clinical setting and an ideal exercise environment with emphasis on privacy and safety. Only you and your instructor will be present on the exercise floor during the session.
Our advanced MedX, Superslow Systems and Nautilus strength training equipment has been designed or retrofitted to allow variable and balanced muscular loading through the full range of motion in accordance with muscle and joint function.
