Clinical Exercise

Strength Training, Functional restoration and Injury rehabilitation facility.

An effective whole-body exercise program based on the laws of anatomy, physiology and bio mechanics.

The time required for achieving desired and measurable results does not exceed one or two 20 - minute sessions per week.

The exercise method and its relation to the scientific laws will be thoroughly discussed with each potential client. We value and seek each client’s active, knowledgeable participation in our exercise program.

We provide a clinical setting and an ideal exercise environment with emphasis on privacy and safety. Only you and your instructor will be present on the exercise floor during the session.

Our advanced MedX™, Superslow Systems™ and Nautilus™ strength training equipment has been designed or retrofitted to allow variable and balanced muscular loading through the full range of motion in accordance with muscle and joint function.

Functional Therapy:

Functional therapy is a treatment, prescribed in measured, definable dose, rendered in a clinical setting, to prevent and reverse musculoskeletal deterioration. The method employed consists of loading isolated muscle groups of a single functional anatomical unit and briefly exercising them in a specific manner to the limit of their current potential, with the objective of eliciting muscle growth and cellular regeneration as the body’s adaptive response.
